xxxx Toyota Winnebago Warrior dually, 21 foot long , V6, automatic with push button overdrive.
It does have a tow package. (You could install a tray to carry a generator or bikes, etc on it)
There is no electrical wiring hook up for a trailer, and I am not sure you would want top tow anything with this unit. Everything on it is in good working condition. This is an awesome unit for a couple or anyone who wishes to explore the world by RV. It is almost a total remodel.
Let me start off by giving you the background of this unit. I live in NC, but I purchased this unit in AZ Oct xxxx. I wanted go on an excursion to Arizona and visit the Grand Canyon. I flew out to AZ and purchased this unit from a guy who did nothing but lie to me about its condition. Once I got to my first camping destination that I realized EVERYTHING in it was broken and the unit had at some point frozen without being winterized.
To start off with, in order just to get us back across the US I had to install. . .
- 2 new tires on it (The two new tires were installed on one side at the back)
- 2 top of the line batteries for the engine and for the RV section (so to have lights)
- Oil changed, fuel filter and air filter.
Once at home I have done a tremendous amount of renovation to the RV body....
- Front window in cab area was cracked and leaking, I had it professionally replaced.
- Hot water tank was cracked
(Camping world installed a new elec/ gas unit with auto ignition with button panel inside)
- The propane tank had problems and in order to repair them. Camping World
had the entire tank reconstructed by the original maker of this unit, so the propane tank, gauge and input valve are all brand new equipment.
- New water pump (camping world installed)
- New porcelain toilet (Camping World installed)
- New bathroom door.
- All three faucets were cracked, so it has all new faucets, as well as a new tub,
tub walls and water saving shower head. The hand sink is also new.
- Everything has been newly upholstered and never used. (New bed, chair, sofa)
- The front seats had covers on them, when I removed them the vinyl seats were in like NEW condition underneath. They look fantastic!
- Radio works great. . . it appears to be an after market unit. There was not a lighter that worked for phone charging, so I added an after market one.
- Sub floor was damaged from broke shower faucet, so new sub floor and tile as well as carpeting in cab area has been added.
- The front outside corner was damaged and the bodywork repair as well as a roof resurface has been done. It is water tight now!
- All new ceiling lights have been installed inside.
- A flat panel TV with DVD player as well as a digital antenna.
- Replaced microwave.
- The window treatments very been recovered. They were hand made pieces someone made, so I simply covered over them for the windows.
- On the outside, all new amber and red lights all the way around.
- The taillights are also brand new as well as a new license plate light.
- I am working on replacing the pin striping now and have the burgundy color on order. I also sprayed the outside mirror brackets with a hammered metal look.
-The one thing I really love about this unit is it can be parked in a normal parking space. We stopped at a Waffle House and just parked up front. . .. It was great.
-The truck has 232,729 miles on it. These motors are known to do well over 300,000.These motors are also readily available and IF for some reason you wanted to drop a new one in it, I have found that they run around $xxxx.00. With that being said, this unit did great coming across country and gave me no problems. It does tend to burn a little oil, but it still got about 13-14 miles per gallon on the highway. In its day, it was said to get 19-22 mpg. I have not done any tune-ups or motor work, so I am sure that might help. I have only driven it on the one trip.
-The couple of items that still need to be done. . . I would probably do two new tire to the back so the back ones match. The front door locks need to be worked on. They lock, but the key will not turn them from outside. They appear to be froze up. There is an after-market cruise control installed, but it does not work, and I have no idea why. . .. I never reviewed it, so you might get that working.
Like I said, I did buy the batteries in Oct xxxx. . .. So far they are still holding up. Other then that, this unit is ready to go exploring! Make me an offer. NO EMAILS WILL BE ANSWERED ON THIS OFFER. NO BROKERS. NO THIRD PARTIES. PRIVATE SALE, ONLY.
